- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cups dry Chinese noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups peas
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Heat oil in a large skillet add chicken in oil and keep stirring constantly until juices run clear and the chicken turns golden brown. Add the green onion, carrots, broccoli and peas. Cover skillet and steam for 2 minutes. Boil the Chinese noodles and strain them. Now add the Chinese noodles and teriyaki sauce. Stir noodles into chicken/vegetable mixture, coat them completely with sauce. Serve immediately!
