If you are a Chinese Food lover and craving for something that is sweet and tangy and will tingle your taste buds then you have come to the right place.
- 500 g Fish/Chicken
- 1 egg
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp white chili powder
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Maida– 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 50 g garlic
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chinese salt
Take a bowl, add fish, Egg, Chinese salt, wheat flour, white chili powder (1/2) tbsp., Corn Flour and mix them all. Now, take a pan and add cooking oil (as needed), and let it hot. Add marinated Fish in a hot oil, and make it deep fry till it changes into golden brown. Now, add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, chopped garlic and cook it for two minutes. Add green chilies, ketchup, white chili powder (½ tbsp.), salt soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, Chinese salt and cook it for 5 minutes. Now, add prepared fish into it and cook it for 2 minutes. Finally, your tasty Fish Manchurian is ready to serve.
